To unlock your power of mind, the next thing to take note is to set your goals and remind your self consistently everyday. Most of us cannot unlock our potential in an instance and what we need is some sort of meditation and reflection to frequently telling ourselves of what we want to achieve. To do that, you can repeat the goals to yourself two to three times a day or you may even write you goals down on a paper and paste it somewhere where you can see it frequently. With constant reminders which soon carve the direction in your subconscious mind, you will be working towards your goals more enthusiastically.
Although there are several different ways in which you can unlock your power of mind, the key is in your hand. Nobody can unlock your mind power for you and only you can do it by yourself. Knowing is one part and is never enough; you need to take action consistently in order to succeed in making good use of your very own mind.
